2. Service Appointments & Requests

Submitting a form through our website constitutes an appointment booking request. Your appointment is officially confirmed only after our front desk confirms time availability with you directly via WhatsApp or phone.

3. Parlour Etiquette & Health Disclosures

To preserve a peaceful sanctuary for all guests:

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Please notify our therapists before treatments of any known allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns.
• Our treatments are professional beauty and restorative wellness services. Inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the site are subject to seasonal revisions or special offers. Payments may be made conveniently at our parlour via Cash, UPI, or Cards upon completion of your service.
